I understand that life happens and things come up unexpectedly. However, respecting my time allows me to provide the best possible service to all my guests. Therefore, I kindly request the following:

A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, 72 hours for hair extension appointments.

A 100% cancellation fee will be charged for any no-shows or cancellations the day of or within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.

I require a nonrefundable appointment retainer fee at the time of your booking for major services such as Hair Extensions, any Color or Blonding appointment. The retainer fee will be used towards the total investment cost of your appointment.
